We have had many IP 3 nozzles come in for retipping that have broken backgrounds. The Fuji IP-3 machines are aging and the parts in the magazine rack are not aligning the nozzles as accurately as when the machines were new. For this reason some of our customers have asked for round backgrounds to be installed. We now can provide all sizes in round from 31mm to 102mm. All round backgrounds are $5.00 more than the square as we are starting with our square backgrounds and turning or milling them. If demand continues for these nozzles we will build tools to make them round in the first operation.

Ask about converting your backgrounds to round. We have modified customer nozzles without pulling them apart. This service will involve inspection, rounding, cleaning, and straightening.
